Tower Point as an Anchor
This project looks into Boston's land development history and the relationship between the ground and the sea. Asking how the port can become after the service?
Pier Urbanism is a new infrastructure system mainly based on existing artifacts. Rethinking an economical way to introduce a resilient urban fabric, which prepares for environmental risk and real estate development. Anchoring the space that used to be an industrial land, making it a place for people to be and celebrate.

Transformative Land Use & Alternative Development Opportunity
Industrial buildings and infrastructures have been the main elements of Boston’s Seaport district. The logistics and manufacturing landscape uniquely relate to the land and the sea.
