Taipei City Government is planning the Taipei Municipal Library Kangning Branch Complex in Xingyun Street, Neihu District. It will feature a 12-story multifunctional building, serving not only as a library but also integrating education, lifestyle, and learning to provide a library and recreational area for the Ganghu District. This project commenced in 2023, with completion expected in March 2027.
